We want you to love your ZoomMop™. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all components included.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and downloadable content.
  • Used or opened replacement wipe packs (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items returned incomplete, damaged, or not in their original condition.

Return Process

  1. Email klyngocarts@gmail.com with your order number, product, and reason for return.
  2. We'll send return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  3. You are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged/defective.
  4. Keep your return tracking — returns without tracking that go missing cannot be refunded.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive the return for processing.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for incorrect or defective items).
  • If a package is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address or failure to pay customs, original shipping is non-refundable and return costs may be deducted.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, start a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days with photos so we can make it right.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to cancel or change details, email us ASAP at klyngocarts@gmail.com. We can't guarantee changes after an order is placed.
